    Notice that the false, subversive ACLU objects to CIAOs by saying that cities have no authority to interfere in immigration matters, claiming that immigration is the sole business of the federal government. NONSENSE. The Federal Government empowers even PRIVATE CITIZENS (employers) to "interfere in immigration matters" by REQUIRING that they ascertain immigration status and refuse employment to illegals; AND States are empowered to send National Guard troops to the border.  But in spite of these empowerments affecting entities both larger and smaller than cities, ACLU legal director, David Blair-Loy maintains that illegal immigration is “purely for the federal government. . . . This is not an area the cities ... are allowed to get into.”

    But did we ever hear so much as a peep out of the ACLU when certain OTHER cities decided to declare themselves SANCTUARIES for illegal aliens? Of course not. It's perfectly fine with them if a city decides to "interfere in immigration matters" in such a way as to ENCOURAGE the breaking of immigration law. But let a city attempt to "interfere in immigration matters" in such a way as to DISCOURAGE the breaking of immigration law, THEN they spring into action along with the Mexican American Legal Defense and a howling chorus of other sister subversive organizations all bent on destroying the American working middle class and turning the United States into just one more third-world country.

    The ACLU postures like it is some kind of a super government agency, when in reality it is nothing but a private cabal of lawyers seeking to destroy the constitution in the name of protecting it!  Well, the American people are sick and tired of tolerating their thuggish, threatening behavior. Just listen to their lawyer, Alan Mansfield, as he tries to INTIMIDATE the city of Escondido into being afraid of ever again so much as contemplating going against the wishes of the almighty ACLU: "Hopefully the City Council will reflect and ask themselves if they really want to proceed. There would be no discount and no settlement this time." And the ACLU legal director, David Blair-Loy himself, chimes in with his own dictatorial threats: “If we do have to sue them, it will be a lot more painful experience than it was the first time . . . they may not have such a quick, easy, painless exit from the case.”  It is time to shut these arrogant terrorizers down, along with the runaway bureaucracies of the federal government and every state government.

Codex Alimentarius, as much as you have tried to keep your work a dark secret, we now know what you are up to – and you are not going to get away with your plans to kill billions of human beings from malnutrition and starvation for the benefit of international drug cartel profits!

Here’s the picture in a nutshell:

1. The German pharmaceutical cartel was the principal financial sponsor of Adolph Hitler's rise to power.

2. Fritz ter Meer, a Bayer executive and originator of the slogan "Arbeit Macht Frei" (work liberates) found over the gates to Auschwitz and other Nazi mass murder camps, was sentenced to a mere eight years for war crimes, which killed 6 million people, many of whom served as human guinea pigs for drug experimentation.

3. ter Meer got "paroled" after four years, reinstated to the management of Bayer, and in 1963 became an architect of the sinister CAC (Codex Alimentarius Commission).

4. Modern German pharmaceutical companies, desirous of eliminating the threat to their profits from the wellness of a growing number of people who maintain their health by supplyng their bodies with affordable, highly potent nutritional supplements, and who therefore have little need or use for their drugs, have been steering ter Meer's Commission more and more in the direction of a WTO enforceable worldwide standard that defines vitamins and minerals as toxins, especially in any kind of useful dosages, which may not be obtained except by  prescription, and at hugely inflated prices.

5. It has been estimated that as many as 5 billion people will die of starvation, malnutrition, or drug side effects, if and when these FOURTH Reich, drug company profit guaranteeing "Food Laws" are implemented. That’s nearly a thousand times as many as were killed in Hitler’s THIRD Reich.  Every human being on earth who does not die from accident, natural disaster, execution, murder, or as a casualty of military conflict, will die either of starvation (in the underdeveloped countries), or of malnutrition and its related diseases and conditions (in the developed countries). This will be a much more insidious genocide. In the Third Reich lives were shortened suddenly by poison gas, lack of oxygen, or a bullet to the head. In the Fourth Reich lives will be shortened in a less abrupt but considerably more painful way - by poisoned, nutrient-poor food, and by the lack of natural nutritional suppplements to counter the consequent diseased conditions - finally to be finsihed off with toxic artificial chemicals (drugs).

President Bush should be IMPEACHED for allowing the American delegation to the Codex Commission to act ILLEGALLY by supporting international schemes which are CONTRARY TO THE LAWS of the United States – specifically  DSHEA, which was passed UNANIMOUSLY by Congress a mere decade ago. On the one hand he asks Americn families to sacrifice the lives of their children so that IRAQIS can enjoy "freedom and democracy" - then he turns around and allows OUR OWN democratically established laws, and our Health Freedom, to be swept away and superseded with Rules set up by INTERNATIONAL Commissions that most Americans don't even know exist, let alone have any "democratic" input to.

I have voted Republican all my life, but I see that the majority of "NO" votes on CAFTA came from Democrats.  The Congressman from my own district was on the wrong side of this critical  issue, and I'm seriously thinking about voting for his Democratic opponent in the next election. If your HEALTH is in danger of being destroyed, and thus ultimately also your very LIFE, THEN NO OTHER ISSUES MATTER. 

We need a President who will get the United States OUT of CAFTA, OUT of NAFTA, OUT of the WTO, OUT of the UN, and who will stand firmly against corrupt United States Senators and Congresspersons, bought out by Big Pharma and other pro-Illness forces who, for the sake of corporate greed, are sabotaging the freedom of American citizens to choose between:

a) a life of vibrant health facilitated by reasonably priced, freely
    accessible, high-potency nutritional supplements, or

b) a life of malnourished sickliness and outlandishly expensive
    prescribed drugs.
